About Me

Abby Soares is a nutritionist & registered nurse.

Abby is married with three boys. She loves being with her family, surfing, running, mountain biking, playing touch rugby and netball.  Loves anything to do with nature and organic food! 


Abby has been working in health for over 20 years. She is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Health Science, a qualified Nutritionist and Integrative Nutrition Coach specialising in Paediatrics and Maternal health.

Abby has a particular interest in supporting and empowering families to improve their children's health, behaviour and wellbeing through nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Abby's focus is on teaching her clients how to nourish their bodies, using food and lifestyle changes for optimal healing and health.

Abby offers functional testing such as Microbiome Mapping Test's, genetic testing, allergy testing and more to look at the cause of symptoms.

Abby provides a caring, family centred approach to gently support her clients on the road to recovery and healing. She works closely with a team of amazing practitioners who together all have the common goal of treating root cause of symptoms.
