Super Choc Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 handful of nuts like almonds or 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa or cacao powder
- 2 handfuls of kale
- 1 cup of mixed frozen berries
- 2 scoops protein powder (nuzest protein powder (Nuzest Protein Powder)
- 1 can of coconut milk
Instructions
- Fill to top of blender with water (approx 750mls)
- Blend and serve
- Makes 3-4 med smoothies or 2 large smoothies (have one at morning and afternoon tea daily)
