Super Choc Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 handful of nuts like almonds or 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa or cacao powder
  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • 1 cup of mixed frozen berries
  • 2 scoops protein powder (nuzest protein powder (Nuzest Protein Powder)
  • 1 can of coconut milk

Instructions

  • Fill to top of blender with water (approx 750mls)
  • Blend and serve
  • Makes 3-4 med smoothies or 2 large smoothies (have one at morning and afternoon tea daily)
