LOW FODMAP GREEN SMOOTHIE

Smoothie making on low fodmap can be quite precise for some people, choose ingredients carefully. Large amounts of fruit can cause problems so try and use a mixed but maximum amount of 150g so it’s not high in fructans. If you are very sensitive please be aware and maybe combine with other foods.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ frozen banana in pieces
  • 50g frozen pineapple
  • 20g frozen strawberries
  • 50g spinach
  • 1 tsp maple

Method: 

  • Place all ingredients in blender until smooth
