HOMEMADE TRAIL MIX

It’s always nice to be able to have a snack if needed so this homemade trail mix can be made in just a couple of minutes. I recommend making in bulk and storing in an airtight container.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • ¾ tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons of chopped pecans, walnuts, macadamias or almonds

Method: 

Add all ingredients to small bowl, mix and enjoy this small handful.
