Green Goodness Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas or 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 2 large handfuls of kale or spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds or ½ a handful of cashews
  • 2 scoops protein powder (Nuzest Protein Powder)
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 lemon or lime peeled and chopped

Instructions

  • Fill to top of blender with water (approx 750mls)
  • Blend and serve
  • Makes 3-4 med smoothies or 2 large smoothies (have one at morning and afternoon tea daily)
