Green Goodness Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas or 1 cup of frozen mango
- 2 large handfuls of kale or spinach
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds or ½ a handful of cashews
- 2 scoops protein powder (Nuzest Protein Powder)
- 1 green apple
- 1 lemon or lime peeled and chopped
Instructions
- Fill to top of blender with water (approx 750mls)
- Blend and serve
- Makes 3-4 med smoothies or 2 large smoothies (have one at morning and afternoon tea daily)
