Choc Peanut Butter Smoothie

Perfect for warm weather, this low fodmap smoothie can be enjoyed as an easy breakfast or an afternoon snack. Use less milk and make it a ‘nice cream’ dessert!
Ingredients
- 1 slightly green banana
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- ½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- ¼ cup plain coconut yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- Optional add 2 handfuls of greens to reduce sweetness
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately and enjoy!
