Choc Peanut Butter Smoothie

Perfect for warm weather, this low fodmap smoothie can be enjoyed as an easy breakfast or an afternoon snack. Use less milk and make it a ‘nice cream’ dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 slightly green banana 
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter 
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk 
  • ¼ cup plain coconut yoghurt 
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder 
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla 
  • Optional add 2 handfuls of greens to reduce sweetness

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately and enjoy!
