Carne Asada Sirloin
Ingredients
- Sirloin steak
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of cumin
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper.
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin and salt and pepper.
- Rob meat with lime juice.
- Rub seasonings into the meat
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
- Remove from fridge leave at room temp for 30 mins
- Cook on med-high heat for 3-4 min each side
- Serve with a lovely big salad
