Breakfast Sausage Patties

Protein in the morning is always a good set up for the day. Made without onion or garlic these chicken & pork breakfast patties can be eaten hot or cold with sides of any favourite breakfast vegetables. A great weekend brunch.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp dried sage
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried fennel seeds
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ kg ground pork
- ½ kg ground chicken
Method:
- In a large bowl, add pork, chicken and all spices. Use your hands to mix well and form into patties.
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat, add patties and cook for 5 mins each side or until done.
